Quality

QUALITY BUILT INTO
EVERY STAGE

Quality is not a final gate for us — it is distributed across the 17 production stages, with setting and inspection carried out before anything is packed.

Material in, verified

Stage 01 begins with selection and preparation of the required material for the pattern being produced.

Formed to the design

Tip and tooth/serration patterns are formed according to the forceps design, not adjusted afterwards.

Set and aligned

At the setting stage each forceps is aligned so the tips meet correctly and precisely.

Finished consistently

Plant finishing, final external finishing, ultrasonic processing, sanding and brushing deliver a repeatable surface.

Inspected before packing

Finished forceps are inspected before final packaging — nothing is packed unchecked.

Packed and released

Approved forceps are finally packaged and prepared for delivery in the agreed format.
