Material
Selection and preparation of the required material.

Sheet Cutting
The material is cut into rectangular steel sheets.

Forging Cut
The rectangular steel sheets are cut into the initial forceps forging shape.

Grip Pressing
The forging is pressed between a mold to form the required grip/profile.

Tip / Tooth Formation
The working tip and tooth/serration pattern are formed according to the forceps design.

Tempering
The formed forceps undergo the tempering process.

Internal Finishing
The internal surfaces are finished and refined.

Spot Welding
The two forceps halves are joined together through spot welding.

External Finishing
The outside surfaces undergo the first external finishing stage.

Plant Finishing
The forceps undergo plant finishing to remove surface rust particles and refine the surface for a clean, bright appearance.

Final External Finishing
Additional external finishing is performed after the plant finishing stage.

Setting
The forceps are carefully set and aligned so the tips meet correctly and precisely.

Ultrasonic
The forceps undergo ultrasonic processing as part of the finishing and cleaning process.

Sanding
Surface refinement and finishing are performed through sanding.

Brushing
The desired brushed surface finish is created.

Inspection
Finished forceps are inspected before final packaging.

Final Packaging & Delivery
Approved forceps are finally packaged and prepared for delivery.
